Tender pork cutlet, breaded and pan-fried, topped with a hunter mushroom sauce. Served with pan-fried potatoes and red cabbage.
Rheinischer Sauerbraten (smaller portion)
Braised beef marinated in vinegar, juniper berries, red wine, and herbs. Slowly cooked and served with its own tangy sauce. Served with spätzle and red cabbage.
Hühner Schnitzel (smaller portion)
Chicken breast breaded and pan-fried, served with fresh lemon. Served with spätzle and red cabbage.
Frigadelle (smaller portion)
Our own German meatloaf baked with onions, herbs, spices and capers. Served with our hunter mushroom sauce, sauerkraut and pan-fried potatoes.
