Group Lunch "M" - $14.50

Per person - includes choice of a main course and apple strudel with vanilla sauce for dessert. (Minimum of 25 guests)

Main course choices for "M":

Jäger Schnitzel

Tender pork cutlet, breaded and pan-fried, topped with a hunter mushroom sauce. Served with spätzle and red cabbage.

Reuben

Thinly sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and dressing. Grilled to perfection on dark Bavarian rye bread. Served with German potato salad.

Frigadelle

Our own German meatloaf baked with onions, herbs, spices and capers. Served with our hunter mushroom sauce, sauerkraut and German potato salad.

Cordon Bleu Sandwich

Grilled chicken breast with Black Forest ham and Swiss cheese, placed on a kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato and sauce. Served with German potato salad.

Jäger Schnitzel

Tender pork cutlet, breaded and pan-fried, topped with a hunter mushroom sauce. Served with spätzle and red cabbage.

Rheinischer Sauerbraten

Braised beef marinated in vinegar, juniper berries, red wine, and herbs. Slowly cooked and served with its own tangy sauce. Served with spätzle and red cabbage.

Bauern Sausage Sampler

Half of each of our handmade Bratwurst, Knackwurst and Weisswurst sausages served with a sampling of German potato salad and sauerkraut.

Hühner Schnitzel

Chicken breast breaded and pan-fried, served with fresh lemon. Served with spätzle and red cabbage.
